Flexitanks

Flexitank transforms a standard 20’ ISO container into a non-hazardous bulk liquid transportation system.  Flexitanks offer a safe alternative to carrying bulk liquid non-hazardous chemicals and foods. There are significant volume savings per consignment when compared to intermediate bulk containers (15%) and drums (40%).  This ensures the capacity is always maximised depending on the specific gravity of the customers’ product. The product can be loaded or discharged through a bottom or top valve, which comes in a 2” or 3” version. It is also possible to have a 4” fitted if required.

Maximum product allowable in a Flexitank shall be the greater of: 24,000kg if the specific gravity >1, or 24,000 litres (6340 US Gallons) if the specific gravity <1

Drums

Closed and open head drums are ideal for containing, storing and transporting hazardous or non-hazardous materials. These durable steel drums feature a corrosion resistant interior.  Open head drums feature a removable top, EPDM “D” gasket and a 12 gauge bolt ring. The closed head drums have 2” and 3/4" bung openings, one for filling and one for venting. These storage drums comply with Title 49,Code of Federal Regulations and are UN approved.

Rail Cars

LUB<>LINE® offers a full range of intermodal transportation services. We work directly with all major North American railroads and can provide rail and rail/truck pricing for any possible move. We can provide any type of container or full truckload service via rail including: door-to-door, door-to-port, port-to-door, etc.  We handle all drayage, rail negotiation and transloading in one integrated process.

Isotanks

LUB<>LINE® has available isotank containers varying from 14.000 litres to 27.000 litres. Most standard IMO 1 tanks are equipped with steam and/or electric heating systems. Besides the IMO 1 tank containers we can offer IMO 5 and 7 gas tank containers.

Vessels
